Under the mentorship of our Sales Director, you'll embark on a developmental journey aimed at cultivating your skills and preparing you for sales leadership. This role presents a unique pathway to eventually assume the responsibilities of a Sales Manager, driving the sales of our flagship product, OneCloud, across diverse B2B environments.


Key Development Responsibilities:

As a pivotal member of our sales team, you'll initially focus on:

  • Assisting in the daily operations of the sales department.
  • Supporting the Sales Director in forecasting, reporting, and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Learning to craft strategies for achieving sales targets and renewing contracts.
  • Shadowing and learning from the Sales Director to understand effective sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Collaborating with the team to generate leads and maintain client relationships.
  • Participating in performance monitoring and reporting activities.
  • Assisting with customer service inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Familiarize yourself with our product portfolio and industry landscape.

Education and Experience:

We're looking for candidates with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience working with the US armed forces is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred but not required.
  • An eagerness to learn and develop new skills in the sales domain.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work at a desk for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings or client interactions.
