Note: ONLY users with administrative access privileges can make changes to the profile of other users.
To add an email address to a user:
1. Click Extensions in the sidebar menu.
2. Locate and select the User by checking the empty square on the left of the extension.
3. Click the Edit tab to enter edit mode.
4. Scroll down to the Email Address section within the profile.
5. Enter an email address in the Email Address field.
6. Click the blue OK button to save the changes.
Note: Users are NOT allowed to have multiple email addresses on their profile.
