Resetting a user deleted settings and data. Users that are reset their name, email, password, voicemail PIN, softphones removed by default. Additional options include deleting voicemail messages, voicemail greetings, answer rules, contacts, and more.
To Reset a User:
1. Navigate to myonecloud.com and log in.
2. From the OneCloud Portal Homepage, click the Users tab.
3. Locate the user of which you’d like to change names.
4. Click the Pencil icon located to the right of the user’s profile to edit the user’s information.
5. From the list, select the Advanced option.
6. From this page, click the Reset User button.
7. A pop-up will appear asking you to select optional data and settings to reset. If you want to immediately reuse the contact, check the Recycle User option. Select the options and press Reset.
8. Another pop-up will ask you to confirm. Hit Reset again.
9. Optional: If you selected to recycle the user, you will be promoted to put in the new user’s name and email address.
