OneCloud: How to Update Hours of Operation (Time Frames)




To Update the Hours of Operation: 

Note: Only administrators have access to make changes to the Time Frames which includes the hours of operation.


1. Click Time Frames from the navigation menu.

2. Locate the Time Frame that represents your office hours.

3. Click the pencil icon (Edit) to edit the Time Frame.

4. Use the specific dates or ranges to make updates or add new business hours.



5. Click Save once you’ve completed the updates.



IMPORTANT: You must confirm that your Inventory and Users are using the Time Frames you’ve set up.

Note: This process works the same for other Time Frames that have already been set up for your company. i.e, Office Hours, Holidays, Weekends, etc.
