To Reset a Password:
1. From the OneCloud Portal Homepage, click the Users tab.
2. Find the user of which you’d like to perform the Password Reset.
3. Click the Pencil icon located to the right of the user’s profile to edit the user’s information.
4. From the list, click the Advanced option.
5. Click the Force Password Reset button.
Note: Forcing the password reset, clears the current password, and forces the user to change it before they can access their account.
