1 Minimum of 1 Call Center Supervisor license is required for call center features.
2 Minutes are pooled per account. Additional minutes are billed at 2.5¢/minute.
3 International calls will be charged at the current rates published in our international rates table.
4 This service includes up to 400 SMS (text messages) and 100 MMS (multi-media messages) per month, per user. Overages are billed in increments of $10 per 500 messages. If the contracted use voice coverage is expired/canceled, the Customer has the option to continue using the Provider SMS service for a fee of $20.00 per month. To send bulk messages, please see our OCBlast product. TelWare customers agree and are responsible to maintain A2P messaging compliance as listed in our Terms of Service.
