What is OCMeet?

OneCloud Meet is a video collaboration service brought to you by TelWare Corporation. OneCloud Meet allows users to securely join an active or scheduled video conference directly on your device by clicking the meeting link someone sent you from OneCloud Meet.com. Anyone invited to a meeting can download the app and join the meeting for free or use the paid version to leverage more business-focused features.

What personal information does OCMeet process?

To provide the OCMeet service, TelWare Corporation processes network and usage information including IP addresses for the meeting participants, the user-specified URL used to host the meeting, and information about the phone numbers that connect to the meeting (if the audio connection is made via a telephone call). In some cases, meeting-related content, which may contain personal information, is temporarily stored to enable user functionality in an OCMeet video meeting. Examples include:

• If you use the chat function, chat content is stored during the meeting.

• If you record a meeting, the recording of the meeting is stored and encrypted on our secure infrastructure.

• If you live stream your meeting, video content is temporarily stored to buffer the live stream.

• In addition, users of OneCloud Meet have the option of providing their name, email address, and link to a picture that will be displayed to participants in the meeting.

• If you use your email in a meeting, we check Gravatar to load your Avatar. Please find Gravatar's Privacy policy here.

Google Data Policy

OneCloud's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

TelWare Corporation uses this information to deliver the OCMeet service, to identify and troubleshoot problems with the HDMeet service, and to improve the OCMeet service. In addition, TelWare Corporation may use this information to investigate fraud or abuse.
